Chelsea Pimblott, a street dance teacher at the ASH company since 2013. I deliver street dance throughout the PDS, training school and academies. Qualified in level 2 street dance, cheerleading and primary gymnastics which are used to teach in schools around Manchester.

I knew I wanted a career in dance since I was aged 14 – when I started street dance sessions at Gorse Hill Studios. I took part in many performances and competitions including: UDO regional, British, European and world championships. I was privileged to be a part of the Manchester United Foundation street dance team and took part in several performances including: BiggaFish, Playfactore and Manchester United Charity Event, Manchester United Santa Run, plus leading a warm up to the runners involved. With these events I was given the chance to grow and teach young children from aged 17 which has progressed further and became a career choice for me. Through teaching and choreographing I have achieved the following choreographing credits:

  • 1st place UDO European Championships 2015
  • 1st place UDO Northwest, Lancashire Midlands Championships and more 2013-2018
  • 1st place Hip Hop UK Championships 2018
  • 2nd place SOAR British 2018
  • Bolton Wanderers F.C. Charity Dinner
  • Salford Red Devil’s Rugby match performance
  • Choreographed Manchester United Santa Run

I am currently delivering/have delivered sessions through the for the following:

  • Gorse Hill Studios ACE programme
  • Manchester United Foundation sessions
  • Bolton Wanderers charity weekly sessions

My goal in the future is to continue progressing and achieving at a high competitive standard with passionate children. Alongside of this I want to teach underprivileged children life skills through street dance and give everyone a sense of belonging through dance.
