Christina started dancing at the age of 13 attending MTS School of Dance undertaking streetdance and jazz training. Whilst attending MTS Christina started her own dance group aged 13 utilising Gorse Hill Youth Centre for dance studio space.
She stopped attending MTS age 15 and by age 16 had 23 other girls dancing with her in a group ‘Cold Passion’. She was employed as a freelance dance teacher by Z-arts and Gorse Hill Studios age 16 and at age 17 started a group of five 10-12 year olds that she choreographed and placed 2nd place at UK Hip Hop Championships with.
Christina, along with her friend Naomi, took the children on a trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas to compete in World Hip Hop Championships placing 13th in the World, which sparked a passion for teaching younger students and taking them to compete.
She then started training with her cousin Chad Taylor and attending Shockout Academy aged 17 onwards and also choreographed and danced in the opening act for concerts such as Joe and Genuwine, Donaeo, T-Pain and more with her own group.
Aged 19 she spent 3 months in LA and NYC training in jazz funk, hip hop styles and technique. She spent 1 month in Japan learning street jazz, hip hop styles and jazz. Whilst undertaking her own journey as a dancer she was still teaching at Gorse Hill Studios.
Christina started The Aim Sky High Company in October 2014. Credits include:
