Fees are to be paid via GoCardless. Details will be sent to you once you have confirmed your child would like to join.
Technique Training School/ Training School/ Company Training/ HIT SQUAD:
Training School fees are due all year around. There is an option to divide the fees and pay weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Additional classes:
Streetdance Academies, Development School and additional classes are paid all year around except for August. The months of December and April are half price due to holidays.
If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lesson, and a supply teacher cannot be arranged, the lesson will be carried forward to another date. If this is not possible, any fee already paid will be refunded. There will be no reduction in fees for lessons missed by the pupil.
One month’s notice is required to leave. Failure to do so will result in a months fees being charged.
Aim Sky High expect every parent/guardian to support their child’s dance schedule. If a student will be absent the relevant teacher should be contacted. Inconsistent attendance may cause a student to be pulled from a show, exam, competition or event, regardless if payment has been made.
Uniform is required for all classes.
Aim Sky High does not take any responsibility for lost property. Anything in lost property will be given to a charity shop at the end of every half term.
Occasionally we may take photographs or film participants at Aim Sky High for educational purposes. This could include displaying the images on project boards or in newsletters. We may also take class or individual photographs for historical records.
The images that we take of our participants may also be used to promote the school and could be published on leaflets, in our prospectus or on our website. We will not use your child’s photograph in this way, without informing you first and obtaining your permission.
There are times when Aim Sky High visited by the media who will take photographs or film high-profile events. Pupils will often appear in these images, which may be published in local or national newspapers or used on televised programmes.
Our promise
It is important that all children attending classes that have a break are sent with the appropriate amount of food and drink. In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and good concentration in dance, only water or cordial are allowed. Any products with nuts in will be confiscated to be sensitive to those with nut allergies.

All children are required to remain flexible on Sundays 4-weeks prior to any competition, shows and exams.
Mobile phones are not allowed in class. Aim Sky High will not take any responsibility for any phones, tablets or electrical devices that are lost, stolen or damaged. Should a staff member find out that a child has been engaging in any form of negative behaviour on social media such as bullying, inappropriate content posted, inappropriate content searches etc, a child maybe asked to leave the dance school.
In the 6 weeks on the run up to the annual show, if a student misses a rehearsal, they are likely to be removed from the sections rehearsed that day.
Extra rehearsals will always be charged at a minimum of £3 per hour and upwards, dependent on the size of the group.
If you agree to your child participating in a workshop and are unable to attend due to any circumstance, the money is still payable and no refunds will be given.
All communication will be sent via email. On occasion, we may call from the work phones. Parents can communicate via email or Aim Sky High landline or mobile.
