Progress Academy – 7+ Year Olds

Our progress school is mixture of acrobatics (similar to gymnastics), stretch and street dance for children aged 7-12 years old.
They build on the basic principles of each discipline learning skills such as walk overs, backflips, splits, flexibility tricks, streetdance foundations and more.
The children get regular breaks where they are allowed to watch Netflix together on the TV. It is great physical discipline for children of this age group and they form friendships that last a lifetime.
Many often progress into our other classes together.
