AIM SKY HIGH STUDENT SUCCESSES

Louella started at The Aim Sky High Company in 2016 as a 7-year-old dancer in a streetdance academy. • Dancer on Justin Bieber’s UK Purpose Tour 2017
  • Featured as the main character in Cbeebies ‘Treasure Champs’
  • Radio voiceover for Cbeebies
  • Starring as Lavender in the RSC Matlida West End touring production

TESTIMONIALS

  • Sarah (Lilly and Esme)

The first time we encountered ASH was when my daughter, Lilly, was just 5 years old. In 2015, she participated in her first-ever UDO competition, where she qualified for both the European and World Championships as the only soloist from her dance school. Lilly started competing at age 3 years old and was dance mad! At that competition, we were amazed when a U10 team from another school took the stage, flipping and dancing in ways we had never seen before. We couldn’t help but wonder, "Who is that dance school?" A quick search on social media led us to ASH!
That summer, our previous dance school was preparing for the World Championships, and we needed Lilly to train for her solo. This was when we first reached out to ASH. For six weeks, we travelled to ASH twice a week for 1-1 private lessons. The 1.5-hour drive each way was well worth it, as we knew the level of training would be unparalleled. Lilly went on to place in the top 3 at the World Championships that year and a strong relationship with ASH was born. We followed ASH’s journey for about 1.5 years, supporting their achievements and enjoying their videos, but Lilly remained happy at her dance school until an audition for a CBeebies job came up at ASH in the summer of 2017. Lilly was successful in the audition and spent weeks training for the role at ASH. After that experience, when we returned to her original school, it became clear to us that for Lilly to truly level up as a dancer, we needed to make the move. It wasn’t an easy decision after five years at her previous school, but Lilly’s passion for dance and her desire to take it seriously meant that the world-class training at ASH was the right fit for her growth.
In September 2017, Lilly joined ASH! From that point on, it’s been a whirlwind of incredible opportunities. Lilly has earned multiple European and National titles and participated in high-profile professional performances, including two Nike \ campaigns, a small movie role, performing for Stormzy at his Christmas event, Giggs World Tour at Wembley, headlining Parklife with Aitch, dancing with Leigh Anne Pinnock for Children in Need live on TV, dancing for Blue Peter, and winning HHI. We even travelled to America for three weeks to compete, visiting several states along the way. Our family has had the chance to visit multiple countries as part of our ASH journey, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Lilly has now been at ASH for 7.5 years, and she absolutely loves every moment there. She’s never wanted a break from dancing; in fact, she’s as passionate about it as the day she first walked through those doors. The relationships she has with her favourite teachers are truly special. Every year, she chooses to celebrate her birthday with her dance team, which says it all. Then there's little sister Esme, who joined ASH’s Development School at just 3 years old. Now 11, Esme has grown up at ASH, starting to compete at the age of 5 after watching her sister. She loves dancing just as much and refers to ASH as her "home" and "safe space." From her first pair of ballet shoes to winning multiple European and National titles, touring with Aitch, appearing on BBC news, and auditioning for a small movie alongside her sister—and successfully landing the role—Esme has accomplished so much already.
The shy little girl who once hid behind my legs has transformed into a confident, outgoing child, and attending ASH has played a huge role in bringing her out of her shell. Esme even helped student-teach the Development School for a couple of years, going in early to assist because she loves dancing and supporting others. It’s clear from the way the younger students look up to her how deeply she connects with them. Esme is always eager to share her successes with her teachers and friends at dance, and her enthusiasm is infectious. As an overprotective parent, I truly trust ASH with my children and know that they will always be well looked after, Esme loves travelling to London with ASH for dance performances and I do not have any worries sending her on her way with her teachers knowing she will have the best time!
We are forever grateful to ASH for the incredible opportunities, support, love, and care they have shown me and my girls.
We can't wait for the next 7 years and beyond!

  • Joanne - Zakiyah & Amara’s Mum

Both of my daughters have been part of Aim Sky High from a young age, and the journey they’ve had has been nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, they were placed into teams and went on to win numerous championships. My eldest even became a Tremble Gold Medalist and European Street Dance Champion at just 12 years old!Through ASH, they’ve had the amazing opportunity to travel to Germany and America for competitions and have worked alongside artists like Giggs, Stormzy, and Aitch on their tours. The experiences and exposure they’ve gained through ASH have been truly invaluable. Beyond dance, they’ve also been involved in marketing campaigns with brands like Nike, Asda, and Matalan, further expanding their skills beyond the studio. At 15, my eldest decided she wanted to explore other dance training opportunities. ASH was incredibly supportive of this transition, allowing her to still attend occasional classes while broadening her experience elsewhere. She has now returned as a student teacher while continuing to train once a week, balancing her passion for dance with new opportunities. Both of my daughters trained intensely—30 hours a week—covering fitness, technique, hip-hop, and flips. The discipline, skills, and experiences they gained at ASH have shaped them into the incredible dancers they are today. I couldn’t be more grateful for the dedication, support, and opportunities ASH has provided them over the years. For any parent looking for a dance school that nurtures talent, instills discipline, and opens doors to incredible opportunities, Aim Sky High is truly the best place to be!

  • Kezia (Tiyana)

As a mother you always want to home in on your child's talent and Tiyana had happy feet from the womb, by the time she was 9 months she was already on her feet dancing around the house with her family. At the age of 4, Tiyana was able to join a dance school. Based on its good reputation and from previous encounters in the dance world with Aim Sky High, I was happy to enrol her into this dance school. Later on, Tiyana was also accepted onto their talent agency books. ASH has opened so many doors for my daughter, and we have both had opportunities and experiences that have created lifetime memories.

Through dance, starting from mini movers developing through to competitive teams, we have had the chance to travel to many cities and countries, including Germany & Belgium.  From her first-ever competition, she has successfully been able to place at each competition entered.  She has also been able to perform with the likes of Aitch for BGT & was involved in dancing at Millfield Dance Awards 2025, just to name a few. Our time here has been amazing thus far, and so much has been achieved in such a short time.
Through the Talent agency Tiyana has been thriving, she has had many opportunities to audition and has been cast for brands such as Matalan and JD Sports.  She landed her first major campaign with Matalan and appeared in commercials, print and more. She has had reoccurring work with JD Sports and was featured in an editorial photoshoot by Emma Wright and ended up in the Scrimparello magazine. Tiyana has loved every campaign/photoshoot and commercial she has been in; it's allowed her to meet new people and make new friends who all share a similar passion to her.
Lastly, none of this could have been made possible without the dedicated, nurturing teachers / staff at ASH.  They have such a caring nature, are approachable and have allowed us to feel comfortable in an environment which is forever growing.  Thank you!  From Kezia.

  • Allanah

I’m Allanah. I’m 16 years old and I have been dancing with ASH for 6 years. While training at ASH, I have not only learnt how to develop my physical dance ability, but I have also gained a deeper understanding of the mental discipline, creativity and focus that dance requires. Dancing for ASH over the years has had a huge impact on my confidence both inside and outside of the studio and has shaped me into a more resilient person. I have learned how to push myself and embrace challenges while also meeting life long friends along the way with my team members.
I will forever be grateful for the countless opportunities I’ve been given while training at ASH -such as performing with artists on stage, for example, Giggs, Aitch and Leigh Anne Pinnock, to name but a few. I have been lucky enough to perform at Wembley Stadium, Parklife Festival and on TV productions such as Blue Peter and Children In Need. I recently chose to do my work experience at ASH and during this time, spent time working on the talent agency. This was incredibly insightful and a very valuable opportunity where I was taught skills in organisation and communication that I will carry with me into my future career. More recently I have been given the opportunity to teach my own team at ASH. I have been able to share my passion for dance with my team and being able to see them individually grow in not only their physical ability, but also their confidence is remarkable.
